by a patient from Turkey; the closest (other than Arizona)
come from the states neighboring Arizona (for example,
New Mexico, Colorado, and Nevada).
In addition to patients who travel to see Dr. Blumberg,
many other cosmetic surgeons also travel to Dr. Blumberg's
facility to learn the transumbilical "belly button" breast
